Aneta and Filip Gębscy presents “MIRAGE“, a fusion of photography and drawing inspired by great masters such as Vermeer, Courbet, Picasso, Whistler, Da Vinci, Klimt, van Eyck, and Dalí. These works place famous paintings in a black-and-white reality of billboards, streets, and walls. Paint tubes—remnants of the creative process—become protagonists, observing or reenacting dramatic compositions, even contemplating Maurizio Cattelan’s “Comedian“.
