Although Białołęka has no museum, it does have some fascinating historical landmarks, including the newly restored Modlińska 257, formerly the Institution for Fallen Women! Sounds intriguing? The history of this site is even more captivating. It features a murderous nun (!), Miłosz, Schiller, and a wealth of incredible stories and characters. In addition to Modlińska, we will seek out the ghosts of Białołęka and perhaps even attempt to summon them with Julian Ochorowicz, a former resident of the area. Our historical exploration will take place aboard vintage buses led by Bartek Włodkowski.

Practical informations

Registration via the website: fundacjaave.pl. The form will be available from May 8, 2025. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The tour includes travel in a vintage bus with 3-4 stops for visiting historical sites.
