6 pm - 11 pmA butterfly, from birth to adulthood, in the process of transformation from a caterpillar to a colorful, ephemeral masterpiece of nature, has been associated with regeneration, transience, the will to live, and the fleeting beauty. The sculpture The Butterfly Eater by Władysław Klamerus is a metamorphosis of the transformation of freedom and rebirth. Together with the audience, we will solve the mystery of open abysses, lurking for the defenseless, fluttering wings of butterfly beauties in relation to other works presented at the exhibition.
Władysław Klamerus (1956-1992) was a sculptor, painter, graphic artist, draughtsman, scenographer, performer, and educator.
Participation in the event is free of charge. No registration or sign-up is required.
