6 pm - 11 pmSeptember 2025 marks the 90th anniversary of the commissioning of m/s Piłsudski, the most beautiful Polish pre-war ocean liner. This exhibition at the Museum of Diving tells the story of the ship, which sank in November 1939 and remains at the bottom off the coast of England. The exhibition will feature posters illustrating the history of the wrecks exploration, artifacts recovered from the site, a collection of literature on the subject, and a replica of the ship’s figurehead. We will also honor the memory of the heroic captain of m/s Piłsudski, Captain Mamert Stankiewicz.
Participation in the event is free of charge. No registration or sign-up is required. The event is intended for the specified audience for whom it is dedicated. Tours take place during designated hours.
