Once an industrial warehouse area in Warsaw with 30 manufacturing and research plants (including Unitra Unima electronics, Tewa semiconductor factory, ZREMB crane factory, and Elwa capacitor factory), employing 20,000 people. Today, it is the oldest office center in Poland, transforming before our eyes into a residential district. KADR Cultural Centre invites you on a tour of the Służewiec Przemysłowy, the Warsaw “Mordor“. Jakub Paradowski, a licensed guide, will tell you about the transformation of this area and its secrets.
