The Archive of New Records invites you on an archival journey to Monte Cassino on the 80th anniversary of the victorious capture of the hill by the soldiers of the 2nd Polish Corps. The programme includes: historical lectures led by experts on World War II, a tour of archival warehouses, a presentation on the secrets of digitisation and conservation, exhibitions of original documents and photographs related to the battle, and for the youngest participants, contests, games, and a meeting with the history of Wojtek the bear, who accompanied General Anders army on the battlefield.

Tours of the Archive are in groups (max 30 people with a guide) every half an hour.
