The Vistula Right Bank Art Gallery presents an encounter with the works of Barbara Szubińska, a prominent painter and educator. Barbara Szubińska is a graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, Faculty of Painting, in the studio of Artur Nacht-Samborski. Since 2000, she has been a professor at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. The themes of her drawings and watercolour paintings recall observations stored in memory. In the preface to the exhibition ‘Recording Modernity,’ Barbara Szubińska says: ...I want to express the SPIRIT of the time.
