The main activity of the Foundation of Archaeology of Photography is digitisation, which involves creating faithful digital reproductions of archival items and making them available in the Virtual Museum of Photography (https://fotomuzeum.faf.org.pl/), which houses over 87,000 photos. On the occasion of the Night of Museums, we invite you to visit our digitisation studio, during which we will talk about the process and challenges of archiving analogue photography, as well as to take a guided tour of the exhibition ‘Where is the Original?’.
