Penny by Penny... Today, a grosz is a hundredth of a złoty and does not arouse much emotion, but it was not always this way... During the tour dedicated to the thousand-year history of Polish money, we will present to the public the Kraków grosz of Casimir the Great, which occupies a special place in Polish numismatics. This rare and exceptionally beautiful coin, which no collector will pass by indifferently, was purchased for the NBP collection in September 2023.

Groups of 25 visitors will be invited to the NBP Money Centre every 15 minutes. The tour of the exhibition with a guide will last about an hour. The last group will enter at 11:00 p.m.
